North Peoria Contemporary New Build
A Longley Interiors client recently built a new custom home in north Peoria. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home featured an oversized great room that flowed into the kitchen and dining areas. We were called in to help coordinate all the finishes in their home which included floor tile, shower tile in each bathroom, cabinet style and colors, light fixtures, paint color, counter tops and backsplash. Our client had selected the home’s granite but relied on Longley Interiors for the selection of tiles, cabinet stains, and paint colors to coordinate throughout the house. We spent time making sure every element for each room flowed from room to room.
Longley Interiors also assisted during the construction process with any issues that arose needing advice or design expertise. We continued to help her coordinate all the elements until the completion.
After the construction was finished Longley Interiors helped the client select, order and install shutters, motorized shades, and window tint, hang art work and place furniture.
They were very happy and will be calling us back to help with furniture and accessories to complete this beautiful home.
